You should not misdirect the accuracy of an International Criminal investigation of the Global Drug Enforcement National Security Dragnet. The Samoan Observer is a public media network from Samoa and report secondary or tertiary sources of criminal relevant matters.

The case of the Samoans assassinated in Vietnam is part of an International Criminal Network that encompasses high value international Criminal networks that would include Drug trafficking networks which are under the umbrella of various networks. The assassinated Samoans were part of the Coconut Cartel, a Pacific Islander Drug and Criminal Network based in Australia. They are networked with the KVT (Fijian) Drug and Criminal networks within Australia, and the Pacific Region.

The Coconut Cartel are at war with the Arab and Bikie Gang networks within Australia, the Alamadeine Family, who are networked with the Bikie Gangs, like the Mongols, the Commancheros, and other well organised Drug trafficking networks. Youre misdirecting the true implications of the highly networked Samoans, and other Pacific Islanders from Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific Islander networks which are Bikie gang and Drug trafficking Criminal elements that are much more complicated than what the Samoan Observer has reported. The Samoans are now fully integrated in the Criminal Networks and the underbelly within Australia, New Zealand and other networks globally.

Operation Southern Spear.

In America, the US Government have deployed their military elements under the Operation Southern Spear that have interdicted in Drug Smuggling from Central America to the Pacific which have included Fiji, Samoa and Tonga, whose final destination was New Zealand and Australia for drug distribution and networking. The Coconut Cartel are deeply involved.

The Alamadeine family brought in the Samoans initially are soldiers or the muscle but the Samoans became more involved and have broke out on their own, as the Coconut Cartel. The Samoans are more sophisticated now and are no longer simply bone headed Muscle for the Arabs, or the Alamadeine network. Since 2024-2026 in Sydney there is a tit for tat murders and drive by shootings with many rivals fighting for supremacy in the TURF WAR in Sydney;s underbelly. This is not new. What is new, is that the Samoans, Fijians and others are now part of the Australians and now South East Asian Criminal Underbelly.

These Samoans, which include many NRL Contracted Rugby Players and other Rugby League Personalities are also part of the network which will include Organised criminal elements, such as the Mongrel Mob and Black Power in New Zealand, as well as other Criminal Gangs in New Zealand, as well as in Australia. The KVT and the Coconut Cartel are simply the more serious level of the more developed Samoan, Fijian and other Criminal Elements since the Gang culture of New Zealand and Australian society.

Two Samoan Assassins identified by the Vietnam Police as Samoan Nationals were using FAKE Australian Passports to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on May 14th, 2026, to case the Target and target area before the assassination ambush of the alleged Coconut Cartel Kingpin, Lemalu.

This opens a Can of Worms with the allegation of a FAKE Australian Passport used by the Samoans to travel to Vietnam. Firstly, if the allegation of a duplicated Australian Passport that has duplicated the Australian Passport Biometric authentication microchip system as well as the infra red paper markings and barcode systems, which is highly technologically encrypted and difficult duplicate, presents a very serious Cyber security breach and more importantly a DIRECT, Australian National Security Threat for the duplication of Australian Passports for illegal immigration into Australia by Foreign Elements.

Secondly, the allegation that Australian Passports can be duplicated by the Samoans seems very unlikely, agains as mentioned above, the biometric authentication technology for the Australian Passport is highly difficult to duplicate. If such a National Security compromise has been committed by these two Samoans then these Samoans will be scrutinised thoroughly not for the murder of the Lemalu but for the Fake Passport which is a greater National Security Threat to Australian National Security than the assassination of Lemalu.

Conclusive thoughts.

More likely, the allegations of a Fake Australian Passport seems highly unlikely and an even more pressing issue raises questions of accessibility of these two Samoans to Australian Passports to travel to Vietnam to undertake their tracking and execution mission. It seems very likely that the Samoan Police and the Australian Federal Police along with the Australian Foreign Affairs Department, including the Australian Passport Office, had issued these two Samoans with Australian Passports on some discretional law enforcement objective that has now become compromised with the Vietnam Police and Law Enforcement Authorities capturing the two Samoans. This will undoubtedly result in a ripple effect that will involve the Australian Federal Government, including the Australian Passport Office within the Department of Foreign Affairs, AFP, ASIS and the Australian Intelligence Community, the Samoan Government, with the specific allegation of a FAKE Australian Passport that was used as a travel document for these two Samoan Nationals. This means a direct National Security compromise for Australia and Samoa is now directly implicated for this compromise of Australia's National Security with the Fake Passport used by these two Samoans.
